Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Merchandise and visually arrange displays to highlight seasonal collections
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Participate in weekend floor coverage during peak shopping hours (10 AM - 6 PM)
- Contribute to achieving weekend sales targets through upselling techniques
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) consistently
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math aptitude for cash handling and sales transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
