Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Merchandise and visually arrange displays to highlight seasonal and featured products
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving stock and conducting cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Participate in weekend promotions and special event activations
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during busy weekend shifts
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 5 PM)
- Knowledge of New Orleans culture and tourism is a plus
- Must be 18+ years old
