Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays per brand standards
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Support store opening/closing procedures including security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
- Ensure cleanliness and safety compliance throughout the store
Qualifications
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (6 AM - 10 PM shifts)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling comfort
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Ocean Blvd location
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- 18+ years of age required
