Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service to weekend shoppers
- Operate POS systems and process cash/credit transactions accurately
- Organize and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Assist with inventory stocking and store cleanliness
- Collaborate with weekend team members to achieve sales targets
- Uphold brand standards and store policies consistently
- Participate in brief weekend team huddles and training sessions
Qualifications
- Must be 14-19 years old (proof of age required)
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation to Long Beach location
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- No prior experience necessary (training provided)
