Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Organize and maintain visually appealing displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with team during peak weekend rushes
- Participate in monthly teen-led innovation sessions
Qualifications
- Must be 14-19 years old (perfect for high school students!)
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 8 hours/week)
- Positive, energetic attitude with strong work ethic
- Basic math skills for transaction handling
- Reliable transportation to Telegraph Ave location
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
