Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Organize merchandise on the sales floor, restock inventory, and ensure displays are visually appealing.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Handle returns and exchanges while adhering to company protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
