Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor; answer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure product areas are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, register operations, and security checks.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing routine cleaning duties and reporting maintenance needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and other team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
