- Train new associates on weekend-specific protocols
- Conduct safety compliance checks and maintain store standards
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operational handoffs
Qualifications
- Must be available for flexible weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays, 6am-6pm)
- 1+ years retail, logistics, or customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic POS system proficiency preferred
- Valid California driver's license for location travel
