Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance with their inquiries.
- Operations: Accurately operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process transactions efficiently.
- Visual Merchandising: Help maintain attractive displays and ensure merchandise is well-organized and stocked.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
- Inventory Support: Assist with stock receiving, checking, and inventory counts as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure store goals are met during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to use technology (POS systems).
- Attitude: A positive, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliability: Dependable transportation to the Jacksonville location.
- No Experience Required: On-the-job training is provided for all new hires.
