- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment throughout the weekend shifts.
- Inventory Management: Help with restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and conducting regular inventory counts to ensure stock levels are optimal.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, handling various payment methods including cash, credit, and digital wallets.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and store management to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures strictly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor freely.
- Basic Math: Proficiency in basic math and cash handling is preferred.
