Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and handle returns/exchanges
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays per company standards
- Support inventory management including stock receiving, rotation, and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales goals and operational targets

Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Availability to work weekends with flexible scheduling (Sat/Sun shifts)
