Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Manage the sales floor, including stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Handle cash registers and perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and visual merchandising standards.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
