Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Restock shelves and displays to maintain high visual standards and product availability.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash and credit transactions.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and safe for all customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
