Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently, handling cash transactions with strict attention to detail.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and inviting.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and monitoring stock levels.
- Collaborate with the floor team to achieve daily sales goals and customer service targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
