Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product selections and inquiries.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain high visual standards to drive sales.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized sales floor environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily performance targets and KPIs.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock shortages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends exclusively (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
