Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selections to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain store organization, stock merchandise, and ensure all displays are visually appealing and up-to-date.
- Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash, checks, and credit cards with strict attention to detail.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend team to achieve sales goals, manage inventory counts, and support store operations.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a track record of consistent attendance.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but full training is provided.
