Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Provide a warm welcome to every customer and offer friendly, knowledgeable assistance to meet their needs.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries, process returns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during peak weekend hours.
- Point of Sale: Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling cash transactions and issuing receipts.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, restocking supplies, and monitoring stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor efficiently.
- Reliability: Punctual, responsible, and committed to providing excellent service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
