As a Weekend Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Restock merchandise and ensure displays are current and appealing.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with a focus on satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable availability for weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
