Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, personalized customer service through styling advice and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Organize and restock merchandise to maintain visually appealing displays
- Assist with visual merchandising to create Instagram-worthy store aesthetics
- Collaborate with team during peak weekend rush periods
- Participate in inventory counts and stockroom maintenance
- Support store cleanliness and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old with valid work permit (if applicable)
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (10 AM - 6 PM) with weekday flexibility for training
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to Adams Morgan location

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 20 lbs
