As a Weekend Retail Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, creating memorable shopping experiences while maintaining a beautifully organized store. This role offers flexible Saturday/Sunday shifts with opportunities for advancement for top performers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays in accordance with brand standards
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train our team from the ground up
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation to Chicago's downtown location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
