Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise to weekend shoppers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive weekend sales goals
- Support loss prevention protocols and store security measures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Proficient with mobile POS technology
- Passion for fashion and trend awareness
- Reliable transportation for weekend shifts
