Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient intake and scheduling for weekend clinic operations
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision and confidentiality
- Assist with clinical procedures under provider supervision
- Handle insurance verification and billing documentation
- Provide exceptional patient communication in both English and Spanish
- Maintain sterile exam environments and inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend care delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in medical office or clinical setting
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Phlebotomy certification required
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Proficient in EHR systems (Epic/NextGen experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Valid CPR certification and current TB test
