Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during assigned weekend/night shifts
- Coordinate care delivery across multidisciplinary teamsDocument patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and safety protocols
- Support new team members during onboarding processes
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current RN/LPN/CNA license (California)
- 1+ years clinical experience in acute care setting
- ACLS/BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to cover weekend shifts with minimal notice
- Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
