Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations in EHR systems
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Perform ECG monitoring and phlebotomy procedures
- Collaborate with nurses during patient assessments and emergencies
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Provide compassionate support to patients and their families
Qualifications
- Current CNA or EMT certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in acute care setting
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency with electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
