Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs with precision
- Assist patients with daily living activities
- Perform EKGs and basic phlebotomy procedures
- Document patient observations in electronic health records
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans
- Maintain sterile treatment environments
- Respond to emergency situations per protocol
Qualifications
- Current Missouri CNA or PCT certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification (must maintain)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Weekend availability mandatory
