Responsibilities
- Manage patient intake, scheduling, and registration systems
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary care teams and communicate critical updates
- Assist with electronic health record (EHR) documentation
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve administrative concerns
- Prepare weekend shift reports and handoff documentation
- Support emergency triage procedures as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or medical office experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic/EMR preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends
