Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient scheduling and care coordination for weekend clinic operations
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision and HIPAA compliance
- Facilitate seamless communication between patients, providers, and clinical staff
- Assist with patient intake, registration, and insurance verification processes
- Respond to patient inquiries and resolve appointment-related concerns
- Support clinical workflows by preparing documentation and maintaining patient files

Qualifications
