Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 7am-7pm)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and emergency services
- Monitor patient vital signs and report abnormalities
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (will provide if needed)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Weekend availability essential (no exceptions)
- Pass background check and drug screening
