Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments for weekend operations
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems with precision
- Assist providers with clinical procedures and patient education
- Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries

- Coordinate with on-call medical staff for urgent cases

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant certification preferred
- 1+ years experience in healthcare or customer service role
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in weekend shifts
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
