Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments and care plans during weekend shifts
- Manage electronic health records with precision and confidentiality
- Assist with patient intake, vitals monitoring, and basic clinical procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- Support weekend triage and urgent care protocols
- Document patient interactions accurately in compliance with HIPAA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or clinical support experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday, 7am-7pm)
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
