- Coordinate patient appointments and check-in processes during weekend hours
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Assist with patient triage and basic clinical procedures
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and nursing staff
- Manage inventory and supply chain for weekend operations
- Process insurance verifications and billing paperwork
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant certification preferred
- 1+ years healthcare or customer service experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Basic medical terminology knowledge
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Current CPR/BLS certification
