Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling and registration for weekend clinic operations
- Assist with patient intake, insurance verification, and medical record updates
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient flow
- Handle confidential patient information with HIPAA compliance
- Process payments and manage billing documentation accurately
- Support weekend triage and basic patient care assistance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve patient inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of healthcare or customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
