Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments and medical records across weekend shifts
- Assist providers with clinical procedures and documentation
- Manage patient intake and triage during peak weekend hours
- Collaborate with on-call physicians for urgent care coordination
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and data security protocols
- Support weekend vaccination campaigns and health screenings
- Train on advanced telehealth systems for weekend virtual visits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CMA/LMA preferred)
- 2+ years healthcare or clinical support experience
- Strong computer skills with EHR proficiency
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Flexibility to work rotating Saturdays and Sundays
- Texas driver's license with clean record
