Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient intake, scheduling, and registration processes
- Assist with basic clinical tasks under supervision
- Manage electronic health records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
- Collaborate with weekend medical team on patient care plans
- Maintain clean and organized clinical environments
- Handle patient inquiries via phone and in-person
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CMA preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) 7am-7pm
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficiency with EHR systems
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
