- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and data.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization as needed.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer issues and trends.
- Support promotional events and weekend sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a recurring basis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
