Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, processing transactions efficiently and handling cash responsibly.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain the store's visual appeal according to company standards.
- Assist in the preparation of the store for weekend traffic, including opening duties.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the floor team to drive sales and achieve daily targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
