Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers and address inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide product recommendations.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, tidy sales floor.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and process transactions efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Ensure the store adheres to all safety and operational policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills for cash handling.
- A valid Social Security Number is required for employment.
