Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized assistance and product recommendations
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays with seasonal rotations
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and cycle counting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute weekend promotions and events
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met
Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for POS operations and inventory tasks
- Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred but not required
