Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with inquiries and product selections.
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure a clean, organized, and appealing store environment.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle cash with strict attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages promptly.
- Assist in implementing visual merchandising strategies to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes or moving merchandise.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
