Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in finding products efficiently.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and securely.
- Assist with inventory management, price changes, and visual merchandising displays.
- Ensure the store is secured, lights are off, and alarms are armed at the end of the weekend shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer and cash handling skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
