Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure consistent service quality and workflow efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays as scheduled.
