Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and locate items efficiently.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle transactions with a high level of customer service.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store through merchandising and inventory organization.
- Restock shelves and ensure product availability during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday evenings and Saturdays).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
