Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and organizing product displays to drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking merchandise to ensure product availability.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
