Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations across 3 shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Coordinate 15+ team members including scheduling and performance management
- Implement process improvements to boost weekend efficiency
- Resolve escalated customer issues with 24-hour response SLA
- Conduct weekly safety audits and compliance reviews
- Generate weekend performance reports for executive leadership
- Train new weekend staff on SOPs and company protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years operations/supervisory experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun 6AM-10PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- OSHA certification preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and scheduling software
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally
- Weekend shift management certification
