Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 weekend associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement and optimize weekend shift workflows for maximum efficiency
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues as needed to weekday leadership
- Conduct weekend inventory audits and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience
- Proven leadership skills with weekend shift supervisory experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Excellent communication and team development skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to work independently during weekend hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
