Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend operations team of 10-15 technicians
- Monitor and optimize workflow efficiency using our proprietary software
- Resolve escalated client issues with 24-hour SLA response time
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and skill development sessions
- Coordinate cross-departmental handovers for seamless weekday transitions
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Generate weekend performance reports for executive review
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in operations or logistics
- Proven track record managing weekend/shift-based teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday oversight
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in Business Operations or related field
