Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ weekend associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement process improvements to maximize weekend efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless handovers and inventory reconciliation
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues promptly
- Generate weekend performance reports and data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing
- Proven track record of weekend shift management in high-volume environments
- Strong proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills with experience leading diverse teams
- Availability to work exclusively Saturdays and Sundays (40 hours/week)
