Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency during weekend shifts
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend productivity and reduce costs
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Conduct weekend team training and performance evaluations
- Manage weekend inventory cycles and reconciliation processes
- Prepare detailed weekend operational reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience
- Proven leadership managing weekend or overnight operations
- Strong proficiency in WMS and inventory management systems
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during off-peak hours
- Dallas-based candidates with local logistics network knowledge preferred
