Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operational workflows during weekend shifts to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate with the central support team to address inventory discrepancies and supply shortages.
- Provide technical troubleshooting for internal systems and assist customers with inquiries.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment at all times.
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Process and verify incoming orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks proactively.
Qualifications
- Must have immediate availability to start working weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer service is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using web-based CRM tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
