Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Process orders and maintain accurate inventory records during peak weekend operations.
- Collaborate closely with the weekday team to ensure seamless handover of daily tasks and operations.
- Identify and escalate operational bottlenecks or system issues to management promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Mandatory Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring weekly basis.
- Strong computer proficiency with MS Office Suite and internal CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to remain calm under pressure.
